Black Sabbath to Release New Concert Video, Gathered in Their Masses, in November
Black Sabbath recently finished up the North American leg of its world tour supporting its chart-topping reunion album, 13, and now fans will get the chance to enjoy highlights of the trek in a new concert DVD. Black Sabbath: Live…Gathered in Their Masses features footage from a pair of shows that the band played this past spring in Melbourne, Australia. The video is scheduled to hit stores on November 26.
A teaser clip for the DVD has been posted on the band's official YouTube channel. The clip features high-definition footage of Black Sabbath performing its classic song "War Pigs," whose lyrics provide the release with its title.
Black Sabbath will return to the road next month, when it launches a South American trek that kicks off October 4 in Santiago, Chile.

Guitarist Mike Einziger on New Incubus Album: “It’s Just a Matter of Time”
Fear not, Incubus fans: guitarist Mike Einziger says that despite the group being on an indefinite hiatus, he has no doubt that the guys will eventually get back together to make new music.
“It’s just a matter of time,” he tells HitFix.com. “We’ve been a band for 21 years and it’s been a long time. At some point, it has to feel new. There has to be a reason to make album [number eight]. We can do it when it feels good to us.”
Einziger has kept busy during the break, working with Hans Zimmer on the score for The Lone Ranger and co-writing the hit single “Wake Me Up” with DJ/producer Avicii. The guitarist's band mates are working on other projects too. Frontman Brandon Boyd will release the debut album of his new side project, Sons of the Sea, on September 24. That self-titled release features ten tracks -- four of which were included on the band’s recently released Compass EP -- as well as an update on Leonard Cohen’s “Hey, That’s No Way to Say Goodbye,” titled “That's No Way to Say Goodbye.”

Watch Soundgarden Bassist Ben Shepherd Go Acoustic for “Collide” Video
While we’re used to seeing him slapping his bass for Soundgarden,Ben Shepherd straps on an acoustic guitar in the new video for “Collide,” from his recently-released debut solo album, In Deep Owl.
The four-minute black-and-white clip, which can be viewed at RollingStone.com, features Shepherd sitting under a tree and performing the track with an acoustic guitar. While the video seems wholesome enough, it may not be appropriate for viewing at work: towards the end of the clip we can see that someone has etched the words d**k and p***y into the front of his guitar. In Deep Owl was released under Shepherd’s HBS moniker last month. The album features guest appearances by Soundgarden drummer Matt Cameron and former Pearl Jamdrummer Matt Chamberlain.

Lamb of God’s As the Palaces Burn Gets Remastered for 10th Anniversary Edition
When Lamb of God released As the Palaces Burn in 2003, the band wasn’t thrilled with the quality of the audio. Now, the group has announced that they’ll be delivering a newly remastered version of the album to fans in November in honor of the record’s tenth anniversary.
"Ever since the original release, we've been distraught about the sonic qualities of As the Palaces Burn,” says drummer Chris Adler in a statement on the group’s website. "The band had captured lightning in a bottle and the budget limitation of a sophomore album turned our lightning into a firefly in a jar. It feels appropriate to revisit now that we can and give this very special album the chance to reach our original hopes and it's true potential."
The As the Palaces Burn 10th anniversary edition contains the album’s original ten tracks, along with previously-unreleased demos of “Ruin,” “As the Palaces Burn” and “Blood Junkie.” The set also comes with a DVD which features a new documentary, in which the band members discuss recording the release and the stories behind the tracks.
You can pre-order the set now at LambOfGod.merchnow.com.
